The Celestron Cheshire Collimation Eyepiece is designed for precise optical alignment of Newtonian telescopes and can also assist with aligning Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. It fits standard 1.25-inch focusers and diagonals, making it a convenient tool for telescope maintenance. Collimation is made easier with a small viewing aperture at one end and fine crosshairs at the other, helping you accurately check and adjust optical alignment. Compared with a basic collimation tool, the Cheshire eyepiece provides greater precision for achieving optimal telescope performance.
