Celestron 2x - 1.25” – Omni Barlow Lens

The Celestron Omni 2X Barlow Lens doubles your telescope’s magnification, allowing you to get more viewing options from your existing eyepieces. For example, pairing it with a 25mm eyepiece provides magnification equivalent to a 12.5mm eyepiece, while a 10mm eyepiece delivers the equivalent magnification of a 5mm eyepiece. This effectively doubles the number of magnification options available in your collection.

Comfortable Viewing

Unlike using a shorter-focal-length eyepiece, a Barlow lens increases magnification without directly reducing the eyepiece’s eye relief. This helps maintain comfortable viewing while bringing celestial objects closer.
Optical Quality and Construction. Featuring a sleek silver finish, the Omni 2X Barlow Lens uses two-element, fully multi-coated optics to deliver clear images. Blackened lens edges help minimize internal reflections and improve contrast. The 1.25-inch barrel fits standard 1.25-inch focusers and diagonals and accepts compatible 1.25-inch eyepieces. A metal thumbscrew securely holds the eyepiece in place during observing sessions.
